Darren
For over a decade, Darren has helped people improve their health, fitness and sports performance goals. He keeps up to date with current research and industry leaders and has amassed a wealth of experience, knowledge and qualifications.
Ben
Passionate about making positive and lasting lifestyle changes through fitness, Ben has a love of fitness that radiates from everything that he does. Clients always enjoy and look forward to training sessions with him - regardless of their starting position in the gym.
Adam
We are delighted to welcome Adam on board as the newest trainer here at the Kilo Training studio. Check back for his bio soon!
Kenny
Offering physiotherapy treatments here at Kilo as part of Metta Physical Therapy (based here); Kenny is a CORU Registered Physiotherapist. When not helping patients with treatments, he can be usually be found indulging in his healthy rock climbing obsession.
